In Person Counselling

Virtual counseling takes place online, often through video calls or messaging platforms, offering convenience and accessibility but potentially limiting some aspects of personal interaction and body language interpretation. Many counsellors offer both but may need to switch primarily to online/virtual counselling if public health advisories are in effect.
