Practice Information

Virginia is an experienced Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and Art Therapist with a Master of Counselling Psychology and Art Therapy.  She takes an holistic approach to supporting adults toward healing, growth, and empowerment. She is warm, compassionate, sensitive, and highly attuned to the emotions of others.

Virginia believes in the capacity of every person to overcome challenges, achieve their goals, and feel hopeful for their future. She believes in the innate drive we all possess for self-actualisation and self-realisation, a drive that may have been encumbered by past trauma, conditioning, negative beliefs and self-doubt. Over the past ten years, Virginia has worked with hundreds of clients and experienced firsthand how people can overcome these obstacles and achieve real and lasting change. Virginia offers virtual counselling to residents of British Columbia.
