Who Am I?
Hi, my name is Tracy Lau, a Registered Clinical Counsellor passionate about helping people break free from patterns that leave them feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or unseen.
Many of my clients are high-functioning individuals who feel quietly stressed inside — unsure why life still feels difficult despite doing everything “right.”
I believe change isn’t about trying harder.
It’s about understanding yourself more deeply and learning new ways to respond to life’s challenges.
