It is my honour to deeply listen and support your personal journey through whatever life circumstance brings you to counselling.  We can work through difficult life circumstances, relationship challenges (including family, romatic, and workplace), adverse childhood experiences, trauma, addiction (technology, substance, shopping, food, gambling), grief, shifting ongoing patterns that you want to change.  I value your individual experience, and that you are the expert in your own life - I am here to deeply listen and help you find your meaning, purpose and understandings. I will help you find the right strategies that fit who you are to move forward with deeper understanding of your chosen direction.  My approach to counselling will be personalized - with your identity, expertise, and goals as the driving force of our sessions.  My main therapeutic approaches include EFT, CBT, ACT, DBT all through a trauma informed lens.  In sessions with me you can be assured of a feeling a sense of safety, confidentiality, belonging, and acceptance.
