I work with families who have teenagers and offer either one to one sessions or unique family coaching packages for the whole family.  I have an open, friendly approach that works well with teens and adults.  If you or someone in your family is dealing with depression, anxiety, addiction, mental health, eating disorders, or going through a life change such as divorce, I can help.

My goals are to build confidence, increase healthy living, resolve family conflict, highlight and appreciate individual strengths, understand and resolve negative family patterns (present and past), revisit and reinforce love.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with over twelve years’ experience in the field.  I have worked everywhere from Kerrisdale to the Downtown Eastside. I am currently a Mental Health Counsellor at the Three Bridges Clinic with Vancouver Coastal Health part time and run a private practice from my home office in North Vancouver.  My website will provide you with more detail on my training, therapeutic practice and areas of past work experience.
