The best therapists are ones that have experienced many of the issues their clients come in with, and I would be no exception to that. Having overcome many struggles myself, and found ways to cope, I pass that knowledge onto my clients. I work differently than most counselors. I believe counselling should be short term. I want to bring you to a place to learn the tools to implement and then help yourself. I view myself as a teacher as much as a counsellor. I provide lessons on how you can manage any life stressors, and then you have the tools for the rest of your life. I use multiple modalities based on my clients individual needs, and I meet them where they are. I work primarily with anxiety, depression, panic attacks, phobias, OCD, eating disorders, relationship issues, and ADHD. I look forward hearing from you, and starting our journey together.
