Hey there, I’m Sam! I provide therapy from a trauma-informed, client centered perspective that is anti-oppressive. My style of counselling prioritizes warm, transparent communication. I have experience supporting and assessing individuals managing anxiety, ADHD, eating disorders, depression, and chronic health conditions. I provide coaching support for those looking to optimize their performance in sport, performing arts, and business as well.
I believe it is important to cultivate a safe space where you can communicate authentically and be heard. My practice incorporates mindful awareness, narrative and attachment perspectives, emotion focused language, and dialectical behavioural techniques in order for our sessions to feel transformative while also providing tangible resources and skills.
