I support those who are struggling with their connection to self, and others feeling lost, alone, and/or stuck in life. I support men to connect with healthy mascuinity. I am a transpersonal therapist who believes in doing my own personal healing and professional development.

I come from Norse, Celtic, Slavic, and Cherokee ancestry. Along with my partner, we took the step out into the private counselling practice field over a year ago. This career step has given us the freedom to connect and work with the folks that align with Sacred Owl Integrative Counselling's practice. I believe that healing is accessible to each of us if we are truly committed. In my life I have been on a healing journey through my own issues with addiction, grief, and trauma, toward self-acceptance and self-love. I believe that if we are willing to lean into learning about the deepest parts of ourselves we can begin to transform in ways that align with who we truly are. I have a passion for working with men who are struggling with wounded masculinity and want to connect with their true nature. Psychedelic Assisted Therapy (preparation, harm reduction, and integration) work is also a passion of mine.

My counselling approach is deeply relational, where we co-create a safe, trusting, and supportive environment to allow us to walk together and support your healing process. I am passionate about supporting folks integrate their somatic, emotional, mental, and spiritual experiences to support wholeness of being. I am also passionate about helping folks connect in to the unity consciousness through the practice of non-dual psychthearpy.

Through my own healing journey, I have faced first hand both the challenges and the empowering rewards the journey brings. I've found that vulnerably leaning into the desire for change opens an opportunity to re-discover oneself. From this place we can begin to embody our true nature beyond the layers of trauma, conditioning and societal programming. I also value my spiritual growth and helping others to explore their own.
