I have over 12 years of experience in mental health field. I have a holistic approach to mental wellness and appreciate the importance of mental, emotional, physical, spiritual aspects of our lives for developing a heathy mind and body. I draw on evidence-based modalities such as person centered, attachment based therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, mindfulness, CBT, DBT, EFT, and Gottman couples therapy.
