Professionals, seniors, parents and others come to see me for issues such as anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions and existential angst. While it may feel overwhelming now, this time of life can also be an entryway filled with possibility and the promise of finding deeper meaning and belonging.
I believe that every person has within themselves the ability to heal. My role is be with you on this journey. If needed, we will first focus on practical ways to cope. With your permission, we will go deeper to explore the parts of you that may be protecting old wounds with the intention of ultimately finding healing for these hurts.
