I am a therapist practicing in Vancouver, BC on the unceded Coast Salish territories of the Musqueam, Squamish and Tsleil-Waututh people.
I hold a PhD in Counselling Psychology from UBC and am a Registered Psychologist with the College of Psychologists of BC (#2382).
I offer therapy to adolescents (16+) and adults. My work is informed by the following clinical methods: Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, mindfulness, psychodynamic approaches, attachment theory, AEDP and CBT. I am flexible in my work as a psychologist and prioritize collaboration with you to explore how we can effectively meet your therapy goals.
I work with a wide variety of presenting issues including: depression, anxiety, trauma, complex trauma, concerns relating to family of origin, relationship concerns, gender/trans issues, sexuality, and other intersecting identity concerns. I am queer-affirming and welcome people who identify across all spectrums. I am aware of the impacts of oppression, discrimination and marginalization and how these factors can impact mental heath and a felt sense of safety in the world.
My pronouns are they/them.
Therapy can be an intimidating step to take. If you feel we might be a good fit, I welcome you to get in touch.
