Practice Information
As a neurodivergent, queer, fat-bodied human, I approach my work from a foundation rooted in intersectionality, anti-oppressive values, and a decolonized framework. I believe every person is deserving of self-compassion, acceptance, and healing, and I am dedicated to providing a safe, non-judgmental space to explore the wonderments and complexities of the human experience. I specialize in supporting clients navigating neurodiversity, gender expression, queer identity, non-normative relationship structures, artistic expression, fat liberation, and body acceptance.
My core therapeutic approach integrates:
- Attachment theory, exploring how it impacts significant relationships
- Parts work, allowing exploration of the different aspects of the self
- Somatic connection and awareness
- Systemic impacts, examining how societal structures affect mental health
As a white person, I am committed to addressing my privilege, seeking ongoing education in systemic injustice, and approaching my work with humility. These values allow me to cultivate a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space, where healing and personal growth can thrive. My goal is always to provide holistic, client-centered care that supports long-term well-being and empowerment.
