I want to help you find the best way to connect with your surroundings and build on your strengths so you can face your fears and survive your struggles. This is called strengthening your resilience. We may not be able to prevent stressors from arising, but we can decide how we respond and manage them. Together we can deconstruct the negative stories you may tell yourself and rebuild them into kind and courageous stories resulting in feeling authentic and connected in mind, body, and spirit
Strengthening your resilience is at the core of my work. Our environments and connection affect greatly our ability to cope, our wellbeing, mental health, and joy. Whether it's breaking the never ending loop of negative thoughts, naming emotions and practicing mindfulness, or just needing someone to talk to when life is feeling like too much, strengthening our resolve is beneficial.
