Kendra Antony is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (#4581) and a member in good standing with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC).
She holds a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology and has also completed post-graduate training in Art Therapy, Play Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Trauma, and Sensory-Motor Psychotherapy.
As no one method is perfectly suited for everyone or every concern, Kendra’s approach to counseling is tailored to an individual’s needs, but often involves aspects of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Adlerian, Cognitive-Behavioural, Body-Centered, Mindfulness, and Expressive Arts modalities. Kendra has a sincere interest in helping others and brings warmth, compassion, authenticity, and acceptance to her relationships so that clients can feel supported and empowered. It is within this alliance, individuals can develop a foundation of skills and insights that lead to positive and lasting changes in their lives.
She has been privileged to work with a diverse population of individuals including children, adolescents, adults, families, as well as those of various cultures, religions and sexual orientations.
