Counselling practice website:
https://www.vancouvercounsellingandwellness.ca/Practice information:
People often come to see me to discuss problems related to depression, anxiety, climate anxiety, life transitions, grief, and parenting. My practice is narrative, gender affirming, neurodiversity affirming, anti- oppressive and feminist. I love working with youth, community workers, parents and other folks interested in exploring the diverse stories of their lives. It is my hope to work with folks towards their preferred way of being. It is important to me to have a strong therapeutic connection with the folks I work with. I pride myself in offering a space that allows my clients to explore their multitudes in a way that feels kind, safe and supportive. I want people to feel welcome to bring their values and ethics into the work we do together. I offer counselling both in Vancouver and online. Please look at the website for more information, and email with your questions and to see if I have availability. I hold a membership with the association of Social Workers of BC and the Climate Psychology Alliance of North America
