You work hard but you’re not even sure where you’re going. The stories we tell about ourselves can be complicated. Often times, how we see ourselves is based on how others see us, on societal expectations, or assumptions rooted in the past. I work with you in the present moment to explore different ways that you can connect with yourself without judgment, as well as exploring the history and relationships that have impacted your life.

People often describe me as warm and affirming, calming, funny, but above all things authentic and real.
I believe you are the ultimate expert about what you need to heal your current distress. By creating a safe space where you can let your defenses down, I can help you determine what these needs are and take steps toward meeting them. I offer telephone/online counselling and evening and weekend hours.
