Counselling practice website:
https://www.kolibricounselling.ca/Practice information:
Experiences of stress, anxiety, and depression - as well as questions around your mental health - are very common. Counselling can help you "make sense" of your experiences and provide you with the support you need to develop coping and wellness maintenance strategies.
I work with adults based on their needs and issues. Together, we will create a road map for your mental health and use techniques from various forms of therapy that suit your individual needs. Aside from traditional counselling sessions, I also offer walk and talk therapy, which combines the benefits of counselling, nature, and movement. Walk and Talk therapy requires a minimum of 1 individual counselling session to see if it is the right approach for you. The walk - at selected locations on the North Shore - will be adjusted to your abilities and needs.
If you want to know if counselling with me is right for you, please email me any questions or book a free 15 minute phone consultation.
