I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up fully as yourself — messy thoughts, painful experiences, uncertainty, contradictions, and all. My role is to create a safe space where you feel deeply seen, while also helping you gently challenge the patterns, beliefs, and narratives that may be keeping you stuck.
I take a collaborative and directive approach to therapy. I actively work alongside my clients to help them gain insight, build self-awareness, and move toward meaningful change. Many of the struggles we carry are rooted in old wounds, past experiences, and beliefs we learned about ourselves early on. Together, we explore where those narratives came from, how they continue to impact your life, and how to begin rewriting them in a way that feels more honest, empowering, and aligned with who you truly are.
My approach is holistic and rooted in seeing the whole person. I consider not only psychology, but also the ways biology, relationships, culture, and larger systems shape our emotional world. I strive to create a space that is culturally aware, inclusive, and respectful of the different experiences and perspectives people carry with them.
I believe meaningful healing often involves depth and vulnerability, but I also believe that trust and safety come first. I work at a pace that feels comfortable for each client, creating a space where you can gradually explore deeper parts of yourself as trust naturally develops within the therapeutic relationship.
I also enjoy facilitating couples and group therapy, where I help people strengthen communication, deepen relationship understanding, and learn how to show up more authentically in relationships with themselves and others.
