Fertility & Reproductive Counsellor

If you’re struggling to grow your family, you may be carrying a level of stress and emotional weight that others don’t fully see or understand.

Many of the people I work with feel caught in a cycle of hope and disappointment — navigating fertility treatments, waiting month after month, or coping with pregnancy loss. You might find yourself constantly thinking about timelines, comparing your journey to others, or feeling overwhelmed by decisions that feel both urgent and uncertain.

It can be exhausting, isolating, and at times deeply discouraging.

You don’t have to go through this alone.

I support individuals and couples who are navigating fertility challenges, including trying to conceive, IVF and assisted reproduction, and pregnancy loss. In our work together, we create a space where you can openly process the emotional ups and downs of this experience — without pressure, judgment, or needing to “stay positive” for others.

Alongside emotional support, I help you develop practical ways to cope with anxiety, manage uncertainty, and feel more grounded as you move through each stage of your journey. This may also include navigating the impact fertility struggles can have on your relationship, identity, and sense of control.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and strengths-based practices to support you in building resilience and finding steadiness during an unpredictable time.

Whether you’re just starting to explore your options or have been on this path for a while, therapy can help you feel more supported, understood, and less alone in what you’re going through.
