Sometimes, coming to therapy is simply an acknowledgment that you don’t want to keep carrying everything on your own. You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or navigating a season of life that feels harder than you expected. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to have it all figured out before you begin.
I believe meaningful therapy begins with a genuine relationship where you feel safe, understood, and accepted as you are. As an integrative therapist, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches and tailor our work to you—not the other way around. Together, we can make sense of what you’ve been carrying, understand the patterns that have shaped you, and discover new ways of moving forward.
I have a particular passion for trauma and healing, neurodiversity, and supporting both neurodivergent individuals and the families who love them. I also work with anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the many experiences that can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves or others.
For those who want to bring their faith into the counselling room, I offer Christian, faith-based counselling that honours your Christian worldview and allows faith, spirituality, prayer, and biblical principles to be part of the therapeutic process.
My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you can be honest without judgment, feel truly seen, and begin to reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been lost along the way. You don’t have to walk through this season alone. I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.
