Elizabeth Anderson has a Master of Social Work, is a Registered Social Worker with the BCCSW, and is a qualified Coach, recognized by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Elizabeth has over 18 years experience working with people to deal effectively with their grief and loss following either death or relationship breakdown and manage anxiety or stress well. Elizabeth works with couples to learn effective strategies to rebuild their relationship as well as individuals who want to improve their personal circumstances. She assists people to work towards their goals, and live fuller, happier lives. Elizabeth has also worked in health care supporting people in conjunction with their families to navigate the health system, deal with complex health issues and palliative, end of life care.
Elizabeth has a calm presence and a passion for working with people to assist them to achieve their full potential. Elizabeth has witnessed the amazing transformations that can take place. Elizabeth uses a range of approaches, including Narrative Therapy, mindfulness and different tools to guide discussions and uncover new ways of understanding yourself and your challenges.
