Practice information:
Welcome and thank you for taking a moment to read my profile. As a BCCSW Registered Social Worker with specialized training, I provide a compassionate and safe space to support individuals and families who may be experiencing:
- grief, bereavement, and loss
- living a loss due to illness, job, separation, divorce, relocation, new home
- anxiety or depression
- living with a chronic illness (IBS, IBD, Diabetes, Chronic Pain)
- low self esteem
- end of life needs
It is through life challenges, transitions, and change that with your courage, and the right support and tools to cope, you can heal, grow, be well and live with meaning and purpose.
To help you experience happiness again, I believe that together we can help you cope and understand the emotions, behaviors or environment that you may be struggling with. Reaching for support and having the courage to share your story is the first step in achieving your therapy goals. In supporting all walks of life, and with my educational training, it has taught and amazed me how hope, resilience, growth, and healing is very possible even in the face of difficult change, loss, grief and trauma!
I believe that each person is unique and that how one responds to the challenges in life is different for everyone. As a result of your uniqueness, courage, self-determination, and my guidance, we can help you restore energy, joy, and peace in your life again.
Please call or email me to book a free 60-minute consultation call to determine your needs and what you hope to achieve in therapy, and if I am the right fit to support you during this time.
I am currently accepting new clients.
