Practice Information
Welcome to my practice!
It takes courage to begin therapy or continue the experience, so wherever you’re coming from, I’m really glad you’re here.
If at times you feel tired, stuck, disconnected, or find it hard to keep things “in check”, my goal is to create a space for us to be curious and begin exploring what feels important about your past, present, or future. You don’t need to have the right words or a clear starting point, we can work together at a pace that feels comfortable.
My approach is warm, collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in Internal Family Systems therapy, which sees people as made up of different parts shaped by our life experiences. Some parts of us may feel anxious, stressed, depressed, or feel urges to cry, play, rest, rage, and anything in-between. My role is to warmly invite any part of you to show up in the space we share.
I will strive to work with you through a trauma-informed and anti-oppressive lens by honouring and continuing to learn how people and social systems presently (and through past generations connected to you) influence the ways you feel seen, unseen, and valued in your life.
If something here resonates, you’re welcome to reach out. I look forward to connecting with you!
