I love this work. Supporting meaningful change is my passion, and I’m honored to be trusted as you begin therapy. Hope may be what brought you here, and I aim to help it grow into lasting transformation. Using neuroscience-backed modalities including Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Internal Family Systems and Somatic Experiencing tools. We’ll explore patterns shaped by stress or experiences, ease anxiety, release stuck responses, and create steady, meaningful change at a pace that feels safe and aligned with your needs.
I help people who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected from themselves find steadier ground. My goal is to help clients gain greater insight, understanding and compassion for themselves; past, present and future. In my experience, these healing modalities and gaining personal insights lead people to more peaceful and fulfilling lives.
