Uncover Your Potential on Life's Journey!
Is your mind always racing? Caught in loops of overthinking, low confidence, or anxiety? Maybe spending more time numbing out on social media, gaming, gambling etc. than actually living the life you want?
I’m Jessica Miskiewicz, Registered Clinical Counsellor and Registered Psychotherapist dedicated to helping individuals uncover their potential and live in alignment with their values. I help people break free from patterns that no longer serve them (whether it’s digital overuse, avoidance, people-pleasing, or self-doubt) and reconnect with a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling. I help you confront what’s holding you back and equip you with practical tools to build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and create a life driven by purpose and meaning. Together, we can work through life’s challenges and help you navigate your personal journey with clarity and confidence. Work with me is direct and grounded in everyday situations, centered on realistic changes that make it easier to stay consistent outside of therapy.
Life is not meant to be easy, it’s meant to have meaning, purpose, and adventure. Challenges are an inevitable part of the journey, offering the opportunity to uncover strength that you may not even realize you possess.
Therapeutic Approach
I use a biopsychosocial lens in therapy, recognizing that each person is uniquely complex, shaped by both their innate qualities and life experiences. I take a holistic approach to mental health that honors this individuality, addressing the interconnections of biological, psychological, and social influences.
By integrating latest insights from neuroscience, along with evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and psychodynamic therapy, I help clients understand the root of their struggles and develop practical strategies for meaningful change.

Why Willpower Alone Does Not Create Healthy Habits Many people want to build healthy habits and believe it’s a matter of discipline.
