Practice Information

Growing up in a family of musicians and artists, creativity and self-expression have always been important to me. I use creative methods like art, music, and movement (as well as just plain talking!) to help clients get unstuck when life feels overwhelming, painful, or hopeless.

I am a member of the queer/trans community and have a passion for helping others in these communities as well. I use a person-centred approach, meaning I strive to be fully genuine in our sessions, care for my clients unconditionally, and convey warmth and empathy. No matter your identity or your beliefs, I welcome ANY topic to be explored with care and compassion.

My work is grounded in an anti-oppressive and decolonial lens. Healing does not happen in isolation – we are deeply shaped by our communities, cultures, and the systems we live in. I strive to honour the wisdom and resilience of individuals and communities, while recognizing the ongoing impacts of colonization, systemic oppression, and intergenerational trauma. In our work together, I hold space for your story and your strengths, and I believe in the power of community, relationship, and creativity in the healing process.
