Therapy that feels like exhaling...
I support high-functioning women, mothers, and men throughout BC who are used to holding it all together - but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected underneath.
If you’re navigating stress, burnout, life transitions, or questioning who you are and what you want next, therapy can be a space to pause, reconnect, and move forward with more clarity and ease.
My approach isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping you feel grounded, confident, and more like yourself again.
My Background
I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of British Columbia and I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) in BC. I’m also a mother, former educator, and certified yoga instructor, with a background in leadership across private and non-profit sectors.
I’ve supported women from diverse backgrounds, including:
- Young women navigating identity, relationships, and post-secondary life.
- Mothers balancing caregiving, career, and a changing sense of self.
- Women and children impacted by domestic violence.
-
Professionals experiencing stress, anxiety, and burnout.
How I Work
My style is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Mindfulness to support both practical change and deeper self-understanding.
Together, we focus on:
- Managing stress and feeling more grounded.
- Building self-worth and confidence.
- Setting boundaries and navigating relationships.
-
Moving through life transitions with clarity.
Why Work With Me
I believe small, meaningful shifts can create real, sustainable change. Therapy offers a space to slow down, be honest about what’s hard, and reconnect with what matters most.
My goal is to help you feel lighter, clearer, and more at home in your body and in your life.
