Practice Information

Do you feel pulled in a dozen directions by the responsibilities and anxieties of life? Are you feeling burnt out by work? On top of that you may have children and/or elderly parents who need your support. If this is you, you are not alone. My clients are typically in mid-life or older (35+), navigating this busy passage of life. Professionals, seniors, parents and others come to see me for issues such as anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions and existential angst. While it may feel overwhelming now, this time of life can also be an entryway filled with possibility and the promise of finding deeper meaning and belonging.

I believe that every person has within themselves the ability to heal. My role is be with you on this journey. If needed, we will first focus on practical ways to cope. With your permission, we will go deeper to explore the parts of you that may be protecting old wounds with the intention of ultimately finding healing for these hurts.

I have been told that I am warm, non-judgmental and down-to-earth. The connection between you and me is important to the effectiveness of therapy. Please contact me to set up a complimentary 15-20 minute phone consultation to help you decide if we will be a good fit. I look forward to meeting you and being with you on this important journey.
