Beverley is a therapist who is committed to providing a safe, supportive space for individuals to develop the skills and solutions they need to maximize their true potential.
Having worked as a Registered Social Worker with 15 years experience in the mental health field, Beverley has worked both in Ontario and BC in a variety of different settings where she provided assessment and treatment through individual and group counselling.
Beverley brings an authentic, down-to-earth, humourous and deeply caring approach to her work. Her commitment to her clients’ well-being is evident in her style and manner, and is the foundation of her practice.
Beverley currently works with women experiencing Perinatal Depression and Anxiety, and she offers support, resources and strategies for mental wellness based on the principles of Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy. She also has experience in counselling individuals around issues of:grief and loss, depression and anxiety, fertility issues, parenting issues, LGBTQ issues, life transitions, and relationships.
As a therapist, Beverley aims to work collaboratively with her clients, respectfully offering support, insights, constructive feedback and practical tools to the individual client, to empower them to take action in order to cultivate a life that reflects their core values.
