In order to support lasting growth and change, I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and holistic therapy. CBT is structured and organized, while holistic therapy is creative and open. These therapies are wonderfully complimentary and work together to support the right balance of strength and stability with joy and freedom.
