ABOUT ME
Consistent across my work is the belief that we come into this world whole, and the people don’t need to be “fixed”. As a relational therapist, I specialize in experientially working with self-discovery, relationship health, intimacy, and trauma.
I find what is often missing in our lives are the deeply attuned connections where we feel seen, heard, and understood. Having those connections enables us to regulate our nervous systems and to gather enough strength to accomplish meaningful change. There is tremendous healing in slowing down to intentionally listen to your body, mind, and heart. If you are feeling stuck or dissatisfied with your life, starting therapy can be the first step towards creating transformation.
Operating from an intersection of attachment, neuroscience, plant medicine, and somatic frameworks, I focus on creating a safe container where we can explore the delights and challenges of being human. The foundation of my therapeutic approach lies in identifying and integrating all the different parts that make up each person. We all contain multitudes and are in a constant process of unfolding. This types of parts work allows my clients to recover from anxiety, shame and guilt while increasing their capacity to process expansive emotions such as joy, excitement, pride, gratitude, and love.
