HELP FOR SMART PEOPLE WHO CAN'T STOP WORRYING
Smart, creative people worry more because they have the ability to imagine all the things that could possibly go wrong! If you have read countless self-help books, talked to friends who tell you to "just let it go," or even tried to find the right therapist before, you're not alone. Are you frustrated with always being Mr. Nice Guy or the "people pleaser" and then feeling deflated because everything you do doesn't get your needs met, or that you don't really feel appreciated for all the hard work you do?
The problem isn't that you aren't trying hard enough - you need to learn the strategies that really work to reduce worrying and anxiety or solve the problems that weigh you down. Friends and family want to help, but they get frustrated when they don't know how to help you stop worrying. We all need coaches who can help us learn new skills and continue to improve - and learning how to stop worrying or deal with stress is no different.
There is no need to waste another day of your life feeling stressed out and worried when there are effective treatments for stress, anxiety (including social anxiety, exam anxiety, panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder) and OCD. Schedule your appointment online at VancouverAnxiety.com or phone 778-237-4435 and learn how to deal anxiety and stress effectively today.
