Are you ambitious and driven, but doubting every step that you take? Are you struggling to feel worthy and fulfilled? It might not feel like it, but you're not alone. We live in a culture of "hustle and grind", one that tells us to keep pushing through, to "pull ourselves up by our bootstraps" and stop complaining. You might be looking around at your peers and colleagues and thinking that you’re the only one who's struggling to feel confident, to move forward towards your goals, and to feel worthy, whole, and happy in your life, relationships, and career.
I help my clients learn about their strengths, lean into them, and utilize their strengths in order to build a more fulfilling life. I also help my clients develop tools to cope better with life stressors, and help them develop more kindness and self-compassion as they navigate life's challenges.
Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, overwhelm, procrastination, emotional regulation, and focus; many are looking for support in building systems and tools to help them manage better, or are looking for a way to stop feeling bad about themselves.
Many of my clients are adults with ADHD. My experience living with ADHD informs my focus and practice.
This journey is tough, but you're not alone in it. I promise that in my "office" (or, erm, computer screen :-P), you are more than enough, and I'm here to help you see it too. Come as you are: snacks, tissues, fidget toys, PJS, favourite blanket, dog in lap; its your time and we'll do it your way. Sessions are 60 minutes by phone or video (your choice!).
Please note: with my designation (MSW RSW), I do not have credentials to diagnose. Please do not reach out if you are looking to be assessed by me for ADHD. I support many clients as they go through the process of diagnosis, however I myself am unable to diagnose mental health conditions.
