I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and a member of the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC). I hold a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology, and provide in-person and online therapy to individuals, couples and families.
I have experience working with a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, and emotional regulation. I am committed to providing an empathetic and non-judgmental space for clients to process their experiences, gain insight, and develop the skills needed to make positive changes in their lives.
In my practice, I use an integrative approach, drawing on various evidence-based modalities such as Narrative Therapy, Solutions-Focused Brief Therapy, Multicultural Therapy, Mindfulness-Based approaches and other therapies to suit the individual needs of my clients.
I am passionate about helping clients to build resilience, increase self-awareness and develop a greater sense of self-compassion. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, and to develop new strategies for dealing with life's challenges.
I am dedicated to providing the highest quality of care and look forward to working with you in the process of healing, self-discovery, and growth.
