I have experience addressing a wide range of issues that bring people to counselling, such as depression, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. I create a warm and genuine relationship with people that allows them to feel safe to explore the challenges they are facing. I aim to provide a comfortable and non-judgmental space where people can work with me to identify the issues that are causing them distress and explore solutions to these problems.
I implement therapeutic approaches that are evidence-based and have been proven to be effective. I have training in a variety of such approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. I have an integrative approach in which I apply therapeutic modalities that will best fit your needs and goals.
Some of the cost of sessions may be covered by any extended health benefits that you have. Receipts will be provided for you to submit for reimbursement to you insurance provider.
