Practice information:

I offer counselling to women, men, non-binary folks, and adults of all gender identities, with a special passion for working with teens. I strive to provide all my clients with immediate relief from mental and emotional pain, while at the same time, working to examine the root cause of their concerns in order to facilitate deeper healing. With this in mind, I support my clients in their current experiences, as well as identify connections to the deeper feelings and beliefs they are holding on to. My most recent clinical experience involved working with children, youth, individuals, couples, and families.

As a person of colour, my approach to counselling is firmly grounded in an anti-oppressive, intersectional, and relational framework. This is further informed by a range of evidence-based modalities including narrative, existential, and person-centered practices.

This means I strive to listen to the stories my clients share, and in a collaborative manner, explore the connections between each of the various events in their life. Thus, leading to deeper meaning making and subsequent healing.
