My primary approach is called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) a type of mindfulness-based cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). In this type of therapy, the focus is on "getting out of your mind and into your life". My work is brief, practical and highly focused. No more long drawn-out therapy!
