Her new journey began when she immigrated to Canada, and decided to radically shift from her career in business and industrial management to a one that was more meaningful and served others. As an immigrant, she had to overcome many challenges. Through this process, she learned to connect with her inner strengths and developed insights into the untapped potential that we all have to gain strength from our setbacks and to thrive from them.

Pegah has two decades of international experience in business and management settings as a software programmer, systems analyst, management consultant, and human resource specialist in different manufacturing organizations as well as her role as a Teacher Assistant and academic researcher at universities in Iran. Her passion for research inspired her to publish a book about Iranian Entrepreneur Organization: IT Domains in Tehran.
Pegah believes in the unlimited potential and the power that we all share as a human being. She believes the major reason that individuals would encounter barriers and gridlocks in the process of accessing their potentials and internal resources is the primary context as well as their current one. Therefore, she provides her clients with her full presence and genuine support during their journey of self-discovery and actualization of their unique gift and potential that embedded in each of us since our birth.
Pegah work is resourced by the stillness, presence, curiosity, awareness, compassion and intuition which reside within all of us as long as we are born into this universe. Her mission is to ignite and awake her clients’ internal resources by which they get access to unlimited potential and possibilities that exist yet have never been visible to them.
