Welcome!
Have you been depressed, anxious, brokenhearted, or stuck in old behaviors and mindsets even when they no longer serve you or make you miserable? To change habits and attitudes grown over a lifetime, you must long for the truth about yourself and be willing to lose what stands in the way of becoming the best version of yourself that you can be.
I am Operine, Registered Clinical Counselor. I am taking to the counseling and coaching space over 30 years of counseling experiences, education, life experiences, and hopefully wisdom. I value compassion, safety, hope, and faith that you will explore those areas where you may feel stuck, unmotivated, inadequate, unloved, unwanted and unheard of as I walk with you. With some willingness and kindness, you can be empowered to find the door that opens your heart and expand your understanding of your inner journey to your true authentic self of nonjudgmental strength, warmth, empathy, wisdom, kindness, and moral courage.
Currently serving clients from the comfort and safety of their homes, office, or any place where confidentiality and security can be achieved remotely. I incorporate various personalized counseling models for you to get the most out of your counseling experience. I tend to ask questions so that when you leave the counseling space, you can connect with your questions and answers for your journey through life. What do I want? How do I feel? These can be simple but compelling questions.
"And the time came when the risk of remaining tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom."
