I love helping my clients get unstuck from these patterns, and reach their goals and potential. Helping you learn how to calm your mind, cope with being overwhelmed. Having a coping plan in place, so you can get unstuck, and out of those negative cycles of anxiety or depression.
We start by getting clear about what's going on, and how you'd like things to be different. I love using tools from highly researched and respected types of therapy (such as cognitive therapy and mindfulness), to put together a custom support plan to reach your goals, which we then walk through together.
