I am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with a masters degree in Social Work (MSW). I provide both in-person (Kitsilano office) and virtual, integrative counselling support for youth, adults and families.
I work with adults navigating:
- symptoms of anxiety and depression
- complex trauma, attachment trauma
- chronic health issues (specialization in HIV and diabetes management)
- communication and relationship challenges
- grief and loss
- pregnancy and postpartum
- situational stressors, life changes and transition (change in job, moving, relationship, becoming a parent, health status, loss)
I also provide counseling for youth (12+) and families navigating:

My style is integrative and holistic, which means I use a variety of modalities in my practice, and integrate all aspects of a client’s life or environment that may be impacting their mental health and wellness. Sessions may include internal family systems (Parts work), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), somatic therapies, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, emotion focused therapy (EFT), and play and art based interventions.
