In my work as a Registered Psychologist in over 15 years of practicing, I have had the honour and privilege to accompany individuals and couples along their journeys to discovering the emotional and spiritual growth that results from working through the challenges they face. I have found that whether people are struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, or are going through any major life transition, they are often seeking greater peace, purpose, or passion in life. It is both rewarding and exciting to guide people on this transformational journey.
You have your own unique answers within you that can lead you to emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. Through a variety of techniques including hypnosis, I can assist you in learning how to tap in to your inner wisdom to discover and trust your own unique life path, maximize your strengths and realize your potential. Learn how to become a conscious creator of your life.
