Hi, I'm Kim

I'm a Career Counsellor and Coach who can help you to get in touch with your dreams, hopes, and life possibilities. I work with young adults, mid-career professionals and Highly Sensitive Persons (HSPs) who are looking for career direction or feel unhappy in their career. In our work together underlying issues such as negative beliefs, feeling stuck, procrastination, self-doubt, and fear are identified and addressed. This approach empowers you to create alternative narratives that highlight your strengths and achievements, builds confidence, and promotes a sense of purpose and agency. 

Dissatisfaction with or disruption in your career or academic life can be unsettling and scary. I can guide you to consider your natural strengths, interests, values, and skills, and from there look at possible careers or career shifts to consider, and then steps you can take to move forward in an informed confident way. I, also, offer assessments to help you figure out suitable careers and meaningful work environments such as the Strong Interest Inventory, the Career Values Scale, and the Resilience at Work Scale.  

I provide counselling with a coaching approach that can help to remove blocks and enhance performance. A coaching approach helps with clear goal setting, generating possibilities, and taking action to achieve your goals.
