Do you find yourself feeling stuck lately? Struggling to feel connected with yourself and others? Feeling lonely, overwhelmed, anxious or depressed? So many of us find ourselves making the same mistakes. We seem to keep repeating old patterns, again and again. This so often leaves us feeling defeated, invalidated and powerless in our own lives. As an RCC, I am passionate about helping clients identify and overcome the obstacles that keep them from reaching their full potential.
Together, we can explore and process the impact past wounds may be having on your sense of self, as well as your relationships with others. By processing and challenging these beliefs, I seek to help clients feel more empowered and confident in establishing/maintaining their relationship with themselves and others.
I completed my Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy in 2012. I wanted to pursue an MFT background so that I would be able to work with individuals (youth and adults) from a family systems and attachment-informed perspective.
