I am extremely passionate about offering counselling that is collaborative. I wholeheartedly believe that it is the client that drives the process and I am walking beside the client, not in front. I feel honored to be a part of each client’s journey. My hope is that every individual I work with gains strength, wisdom, and peace. I believe that any one that is willing to reflect and be present for counselling is extremely courageous. My hope is for each to client to use this courage to follow their heart’s desire.

Kristi wholeheartedly believes in a collaborative approach to counselling. She is committed to empowering clients to make positive changes in their life. Kristi uses a range of therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy – informed, Emotion-focused Family Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative based practices. She also incorporates self-compassion and mindfulness into the therapeutic process.
