Practice information:
Jung is a Registered Clinical Counsellor, a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist and an AAMFT Approved Supervisor. She has over 20 years of experience of working with individuals, couples, children and families.
Jung believes that we have strengths within us even when we do not feel them and we have choices even when we do not see them. She believes that we can regain a sense of control as we find new ways to deal with challenges and develop positive connection to oneself, others and the world around us.
Jung draws from many different therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral model, Solution Focused model, EMDR and AEDP that best fit the person and the situation. She incorporates mindfulness practice in her work.
Jung has taught counselling at Justice Institute, Douglas college, City University and Vancouver Community College. She has co-led Mindfulness Based Stress Management Course at Mid-Main clinic.
