Have you been struggling with a problem for what seems like eons –
and there’s no end in sight?
Why is it so hard to get to the root of something?
Maybe you’ve tried many things and still find yourself in the same place.
Here’s the deal – The brain and nervous system play a huge role in how we function. The brain actually has many discernable parts.
The problem is many therapeutic approaches tend to work only with limited parts of the system instead of integrating all functions of the brain.
A holistic approach gets to the source of the problem and provides a deeper, long lasting solution.
That’s where I can help
My approach to counseling is holistic and integrated. Informed by emerging research in the neurosciences I incorporate mind-body interactions that take into account your unique way of processing. I work with responses in your thinking brain as well patterned responses that keep you stuck. I work deeply and proficiently to help integrate these processes so you can experience change and enhance the quality of your life.
If you’re ready to move forward, visit my website and/or give me a call to discuss how we might work together to create the life you want.
As you know, concerns are being expressed about the recent spread of Covid-19. As a health care provider, I have considered how best to respond to this challenge and am committed to the mental and physical health of my clients.
Following the recommendations form the Government of British Columbia, the College of Psychologists of British Columbia, the British Columbia Psychological Association and the Canadian Psychological Association I am presently not seeing clients in my office.
At this time I have transitioned my practice to a virtual clinic model where client sessions are conducted using an encrypted video and audio service or by telephone. In this way client visits can be handled remotely for everyone’s safety. It’s easy and convenient and my clients appreciate that they can receive therapy and support in this difficult situation.
