Practice information:
Do you find yourself stuck in a loop, rethinking past events or worrying about the future? Are you feeling overwhelmed by everyday life? Your thoughts and feelings are valid, and you don’t have to navigate them alone. Together, we can explore them and make sense of what you’re experiencing.
I am passionate about supporting youth, teens, and adults who are navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and neurodivergence, including ADHD and autism. I offer a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where you can truly be heard and understood. My approach is trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and strengths-based, whereby I utilize evidence-based practices tailored to your unique needs, ensuring that each session is effective and compassionate.
I’m committed to walking with you through your journey with empathy, patience, and authenticity, helping you find your path to positive change and personal growth.
I hold a Master’s in Counseling Psychology and am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (#22809) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC). I continuously engage in professional development to provide you with the most current and effective therapeutic techniques.
