Are you looking for a therapist who will accept you for who you are and isn't afraid of what you might bring to the table? Maybe you have long-term trauma that hasn't been addressed, or maybe you have parts of yourself that feel too shameful to speak about. I, too, have been there. With warmth and compassion, I will help you to address these hidden parts of yourself and bring them to light in a way that is trauma-informed and sensitive to your needs. Together we will discover how to work with your emotions and to develop a trusting and grounded relationship with yourself.

I work with adults of all ages and teens ages 13 and up.

I work with clients with concerns such as post-trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, life transitions, values-alignment, emotional development, and matters related to self-esteem, confidence, and empowerment. I am LGBTQ2+ affirming. My theoretical alignment is person-centered (PCT), emotion-focussed (EFT) and focussing-oriented (FOT).

I welcome you to come exactly as you are: broken, fragile, confused, numb or confident, self-assured and triumphant. My hope that you come to realize you are essentially good and worthy just as you are.

I offer in-person & virtual appointments in Langley, BC, on Wednesday (day), Friday (evening), Saturday (evening). Thursday virtual only.

Payment can be made in person via debit or cash, or online via etransfer. Electronic receipts can be submitted to your insurance provider for reimbursement. I do not direct bill to insurance companies (except CVAP). Check to see if your insurance will cover services from an RCC.

I am a registered clinical counsellor (RCC 22531) and am accepted by most insurance providers. I am also CVAP approved (Crime Victim Assistance Program).
