Are you struggling with anxiety or panic? Are you looking for more understanding and a more meaningful connection with your partner? Perhaps you are feeling down, discouraged, or depressed; or maybe there a specific issue that you are facing, and looking for support to cope with. Life can be complicated. Many people benefit from talking with someone trained and experienced in the art and science of psychology. Many people seek out a psychologist because of their extensive background of education and experience and their depth of knowledge as a professional. My experience includes helping people with a range of life issues, including anxiety, panic, OCD, depression, grief and loss, marital and couples therapy, and general coping.
My strengths are in building a therapeutic connection, listening, and helping clients make sense of struggles, offering new insights and perspectives, and helping people to learn and practice skills to cope, manage or overcome problems. I enjoy encouraging people to build meaning, purpose, and health into their lives, on their journey towards greater emotional and relationship well being.
